Types of Outdoor Structures
Custom Playhouse
Our playhouses are custom built to design, not simply pieced together kits. Your children will love having their own play space and mini-retreat. We take their inspiration and your budget to create a one-of-a-kind playhouse that can be as functional as you would like.
Pool Houses
Our pool houses can be simple as a place to change and dry off to a more luxurious entertainment space including living, dining, bathroom and sleeping accommodations. Custom storage spaces allows you to keep the necessary pool equipment and entertainment accessories such as glasses, plates, utensils and more. Our designs are custom made and we do not use pool house kits.
Sheds
Storage space for yard tools, bikes, and outdoor furniture can be a huge issue. Often these items clutter up your garage making it more difficult to get in and out of your vehicle or to actually find something when you need it. We can build a custom shed that is designed for the specific items you need to store now and in the future. Add electricity and some work space and you can have your own workshop.
Carriage House
Carriage Houses are relic from past days originating on farms and estates to store horse drawn carriages, and tack for the horses. Today they function as elegant storage spaces or even with a little renovation a living space or entertainment space outside of the main residence. We can build you a custom carriage house that can be utilized for any use you can imagine.
In-Law Suites
In-law suites or mother-in-law space is simply a small guest accommodation area that includes a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living space. Often these spaces are created by renovating a basement. With enough outside space you can take it a step further by building a structure separated from the main residence to be an in-law suite. These spaces can be utilized for your in-laws, visiting guests, as an older child’s living space while in college or recently graduated, or even as a rental unit.
Gazebos
Gazebos are outdoor spaces (think a pavilion) that provide a covered seating area. They can be as simple or elaborate as you like. They can be free standing or attached to a structure and come in many styles such as a pergola or rotunda. These spaces are great for outdoor entertaining or as a space for the family to eat outside during warmer months.
