We were recently featured in an article discussing whether to renovate or build in the AJC and thought we would share it with you. When we work with a home owner looking for a new home we have to first understand why they are considering changing homes. Is it a location based decision; or are they simply trying to get into a home that better suits their needs.
If they are trying to “better suit their needs”, then it makes sense to help them consider the option of staying in their current home and modifying it into the home they envision.
